Tim Moore is currently the Ford of Britain Transformation Manager at Ford Motor Company, where they focus on structural cost efficiencies and business redesign. Previously, they held several roles within Ford, including New Programs Supervisor in PT Manufacturing Engineering and Trustee Director of the Ford Salaried Pension Fund. Tim began their career at BMW as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1998 to 2001. They are pursuing a Business Leadership Master’s at the University of Warwick, expected to graduate in 2024, and have completed a Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship with distinction from the Chartered Management Institute. Tim holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brunel University of London.
