Emily Lebel Connors

Emily Lebel Connors has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In their current role as Head of Customer Experience- Charging Deployment, Success and Support at Ford Pro, they oversee the customer experience operations related to charging deployment. Prior to this, they held the positions of Head of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience at Electriphi Inc, where they managed customer success and deployment. Emily also served as a Customer Success Manager at TransLoc and AMS Software Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. In addition to their tech industry roles, Emily has experience as the Executive Director/Program Coordinator at MYCO Youth Chamber Orchestra, where they were involved in various aspects of program coordination, fundraising, and marketing. Emily also has experience as a Student Developer at Tech Talent South and as a Senior Operations Analyst at Credit Suisse.

Emily Lebel Connors obtained their Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from North Carolina State University. Emily attended the university from 2001 to 2006.
