Jacqueline Hollenbeck

Jacqueline Hollenbeck is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Ford Pro Design Systems Manager at Ford Pro since April 2022. Previously, Jacqueline held the position of Digital Design System Standards Lead at TIAA from June 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included rebranding design systems, mentoring junior designers, and managing design reviews to ensure quality work. Jacqueline's earlier experience at Fidelity Investments from October 2000 to June 2014 involved developing a Fidelity Institutional Design System and collaborating on high-profile projects, earning multiple awards for design excellence. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and has a graphic design certificate from the Art Institute of Boston.
