Melinda Winters

Melinda Winters is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries, including finance and technology. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer for Design Systems at Ford Pro since March 2024, Melinda previously worked as a UX Design Consultant at Bank of America and Ascensus, where foundational work for Ascensus’ first design system was accomplished. At TIAA, Melinda held roles as Senior Lead for Digital Styles and Brand Standards, managing digital governance and leading the development of TIAA’s initial design management system, as well as serving as a Senior User Experience Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Fidelity Investments, where Melinda contributed to innovative design solutions and strengthened brand presence across multiple platforms. Melinda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Electronic Imaging from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
