Daniel Reynolds

Daniel Reynolds has been working as a Manager at TrustFord since February 2019, and as a General Manager at Gemini Accident Repairs since October 2015. Previously, Daniel served as a Workshop Controller at Direct Line from January 2001 to September 2014. In addition to their managerial roles, Daniel has experience in implementing Lean change in body shop repair using the 8 lenses, focusing on root causes, workflow, communication, daily huddles, process change, confirmation, and quality control. Daniel graduated from Saltley Senior School in 1996.
