Fred Lobo

Fred Lobo is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in digital performance management and sales. Currently serving as a Digital Performance Manager at FordDirect since April 2019, Fred previously held the position of Automotive Performance Manager at CDK Global International, where responsibilities included supporting over 65 dealers in seven states and training staff on inventory management tools. Prior roles include Director of Sales at DJR Automotive and Sales & Marketing Director at McGrath Family of Dealerships, where notable achievements included enhancing customer retention. Fred also served as Sales Manager at Fox Valley Auto Group and contributed as Vice President of Automotive Remarketing at Innovative Fleet Management, playing a pivotal role in launching the company’s national vehicle remarketing network. Fred holds an Associate of Science degree in Automotive Engineering from Triton Community College.
