John Duncan possesses extensive experience in product marketing and digital communications across multiple industries, including automotive and manufacturing. Currently serving as Product Marketing Manager at FordDirect since November 2020, John previously held roles as Digital Communications Manager and managed various initiatives such as the company-wide rollout of instant messaging software and the annual community giving program. Prior positions include impactful roles at Fike Corporation, where John developed the first employee portal and digital marketing standards, and Cessna Aircraft Company, where John led the management of the company website and first social media strategy. A strong foundation in marketing is also evident from early career experiences at Textron, Bank of America, and Bunting Magnetics Co. John holds a BA in Business Administration from Wichita State University.
