Lisa Novess

Lisa Novess, PMP, has accumulated extensive experience in project and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of the PMO at FordDirect since March 2018, Lisa has previously held roles including Manager and Program Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes positions at GTB as Supervisor and Operations Program Manager, where Lisa contributed to the development of processes and the coordination of agency initiatives. A former Senior Project Manager at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Interactive Producer at cs2, Lisa also managed significant accounts as Account Manager at cs2 and Account Executive/Media at B-Squared Advertising, Inc. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University.
