Shiva Pokkula

Shiva Pokkula's work experience starts with their role as a Lead Unix Server Engineer at Daimler Chrysler from 2001 to 2007. Shiva then moved to EDS as an Infrastructure & Middleware Engineering Lead from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they joined Comerica Bank and held various positions including Vice President of Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering from 2008 to 2014, and Vice President of Security Architecture, Engineering, and Operations from 2013 to 2016. After Comerica Bank, they worked at Henry Ford Health System as a Cyber Security Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at FordDirect as the Senior Director of Information Technology since 2018.

Shiva Pokkula completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Shiva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University. In terms of certifications, Shiva is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA since 2020 and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² since 2018. Additionally, Shiva has also completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course.
