Özgürcan Baş

Özgürcan Baş has been serving as an Innovationsberater at Förde Sparkasse since August 2018, where responsibilities include supporting the development process of startups and young founders. Additionally, Özgürcan holds the position of a Personalratsmitglied, representing the interests of employees in a 13-member panel within the public law institution. As Stellv. Vorsitzender der Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung, Özgürcan represents the perspectives of approximately 100 young employees and trainees. Özgürcan's career began with an IHK training as a Bankkaufmann and subsequent work as a Kundenberater in a Kiel branch. Furthermore, Özgürcan briefly worked as a Wahlkreismitarbeiter for Serpil Midyatlı at the Schleswig-Holsteinischer Landtag from March to June 2022.
