Ananya Grover is currently serving as a Clerical staff member in the Office of Human Resources at Fordham University, focusing on financial management and administrative duties. As a Class of 2026 Senator, Ananya is actively involved in enhancing student life through proposals and committee memberships, including overseeing a $1.2 million budget for student organizations and advocating for diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ananya also contributes to the Fordham Business Development Collaboratory by supporting local businesses in marketing and development efforts. Prior experience includes a Property Management Internship at AAD Homes Incorporated, where management of rental properties and supervision of interns were key responsibilities. Ananya is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting and Finance at Fordham Gabelli School of Business.

Fordham Business Development Collaboratory
We are the Fordham Business Development Collaboratory, an organization sponsored by the Social Innovation Collaboratory of Fordham University. As you know, the past few months have been some of the most damaging many businesses have seen in the last decade. In particular small businesses, the backbone of the United States economy, have been utterly crippled. As members of the Bronx community through Fordham University, we could not sit idly by as our community suffered greatly from this pandemic and recession. This prompted us to assemble student teams that could help small businesses throughout the Bronx and New York City. Our goal is to provide strategic advice to businesses around the Bronx on finance, compliance, marketing, and technology. The finance team assists with financial analyses of the business as well as performing projects like implementing contactless payment systems. The compliance team assists with loan applications, as well as providing guidance on new rules and guidelines regarding businesses and the COVID-19 pandemic. The marketing team helps grow social media presence and can develop or improve websites for our clients.
