Annette McLaughlin

Annette McLaughlin, MBA, serves as the Director of the Career Center at Fordham University since February 2017, where notable initiatives include the creation of Athlete Career Communities and the Rams Helping Rams program. Annette also holds the position of Chief People Officer at Career Coach - 360 and has been a SUP Paddle and SUP Yoga Instructor at SUPOm Yoga since July 2021. Previous roles include an Associate Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's SIPA, a Training Consultant at The Madison Consulting Group, and Director of the BLUEPRINT for TALENT at Westchester County Association. Annette's extensive experience in education, career services, and workforce development is supported by a strong academic background, including an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
