William McSorley, MPA, has extensive experience in law enforcement and operations management. Currently, at Fordham University since March 2014, roles include Operations Manager, Deputy Emergency Manager, Investigator, and Security Supervisor. Prior to this, experience with the NYPD from August 1989 to March 2014 included positions such as Deputy Inspector, overseeing criminal investigations in Northern Manhattan, and commanding officer roles at various precincts. William's earlier career included service in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician and Helicopter Crew Chief from July 1981 to October 1988, where mine countermeasure operations were conducted. Educational achievements include a Title IX Investigator Specialization from Tulane University Law School, a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, and a Civil Rights Investigator Level Three certification from ATIXA.
