Richard Beach

Richard Beach possesses extensive experience in construction and design management, currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Design at Fords Garage since September 2021. Prior roles include Managing Partner at R BEACH DEVELOPMENT SERVICES LLC and Senior Vice President of Construction and Design at Whiskey Cake Holdings. Notably, Richard held the position of Vice President of Construction and Design at Bloomin Brands from 1992 to 2018, overseeing remodels and facilities for all BBI concept restaurants and managing construction and remodel activities for Carrabbas. Earlier in Richard's career, as Project Manager at Venture Construction, responsibilities included managing all construction project activities across various sectors. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
