Arjun Ray

Arjun Ray has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arjun currently works at Mainstay as a Full Stack Engineer and Tech Lead, specializing in an intelligent chat bot suite for teaching institutions. Prior to this, Arjun served as a Technical Lead at Open Future Coalition. Arjun also founded, maintained, and led a team at polyPodia. Arjun has experience in the publishing industry, having worked as a Lead Developer, System Admin, and Editorial Writer at SOVO// Magazine. Arjun also worked as a Software Developer and Instructor at General Assembly, where they taught software development. Arjun has a background in audio engineering and owned Echo Recording Studio. Additionally, they worked as a Remote Instructor at Thinkful, a Lead Developer at Green Penguin, and a Frontend Developer at YallaPunk. Arjun's educational background includes being a Graduate Student at Brown University, where they conducted research on Drosophila melanogaster courtship behavior and alcohol reward memory.

Arjun Ray completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brandeis University in 2002-2006. Arjun later pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Brown University from 2010 to 2015.
