Ron Palumbo

Ron Palumbo serves as the Talent Engagement Manager at ForeFront since August 2021, previously holding the position of Talent Engagement Specialist. ForeFront specializes in systems integration and digital transformation, leveraging various Salesforce Cloud technologies to address complex industry challenges. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Pierce Professional Resources and The Judge Group, as well as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Staffing Manager at Robert Half Technology. Ron has a solid background in full life-cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and client engagement. Ron's career began at Medix™ and Henry Schein, where Ron developed skills in staffing management and sales. Ron holds a B.S. in Economics from Montclair State University, earned in 2010.
