Mikayla Kruse

Mikayla Kruse is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Talent Management, currently serving as Vice President at Citi since July 2021, following roles as Associate Vice President and HR Analyst within the same company. Mikayla has also contributed to The Phi Beta Kappa Society as a member since May 2021. Previous experience includes an International eLearning Internship at Domino's and various internships focused on brand development and marketing at the University of Michigan Credit Union, the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, and Byrne. Mikayla's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies and a minor in Gender and Health from the University of Michigan, completed in 2021.
