Erik Stephens

Erik Stephens is an experienced professional in building services and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Building Services at Forefront Living since May 2022. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Director of Engineering at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from July 2019 to May 2022, and at Renaissance Hotels & Resorts from April 2017 to July 2019. Erik's extensive career at Marriott International spanned from November 2007 to March 2017, during which Erik progressed through various roles including Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering, and Assistant Chief Engineer. Erik holds an Associate of Science degree in Math/Science from College of the Canyons and attended California State University, Chico from 1994 to 1996.
