Ray Adler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical development, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Development Manager at ForeFront Power since June 2021, previous roles include Technical Development Manager and Project Engineer at the same company and positions at Sun Light & Power, Boeing, and other organizations. Ray's expertise encompasses the design and implementation of solar photovoltaic systems, as well as innovations in engineering processes, demonstrated through projects at Boeing involving automated equipment and tool development. Ray holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics and Control from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, supplemented by specialized training in solar design and installation.
