Leo Laughlin has extensive experience in the field of radio telecommunications engineering. Leo started their career at Qualcomm as an Engineer Intern from September 2009 to September 2010. Leo then worked at Omnisense Ltd. as an Engineer for a brief period from July 2011 to September 2011. Leo pursued their Ph.D. in Communications at the University of Bristol from October 2011 to July 2016. During their time at the university, they held various roles including Senior Research Associate, Research Fellow, and QTEC Fellow. Leo'sresearch focused on designing and characterizing RF transceivers with self-interference cancellation capabilities. Leo co-founded Forefront RF in 2020 and currently serves as the Co-Founder and CTO. At Forefront RF, they are responsible for developing tunable multiplexer products for multi-band smartphones, wearables, and IoT devices using unique Adaptive Passive Cancellation technology.

Leo Laughlin completed their Master of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of York, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communications Engineering at the University of Bristol from 2011 to 2016.
