Alexa Fults Dodgen is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in legislative support and international policy. Currently serving as a Legislative Aide at the U.S. House of Representatives and as a NextGen Fellow with Foreign Policy for America, Alexa has previously held roles including Staff Assistant and Legislative Intern in Congressman Jim Cooper's office. Other notable positions include Communications Coordinator at the Tennessee World Affairs Council and James C. Gaither Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Alexa's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the establishment of a small art business honoring their late mother. Academically, Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The University of the South, has participated in courses at the University of Oxford and Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Vanderbilt University Law School.
