Declan Roche is the SVP & Chief Commercial Officer at Foremost Farms USA. Declan has over fifteen years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including seven years with Kerry Group. Declan has a proven track record in leading companies to uncover new markets and customers, as well as increasing profitability.

During their time with Kerry Group, Declan led a highly visible initiative that turned a faltering business unit into a profitable growth center by identifying alternate sourcing strategies. Declan also identified an innovative opportunity to process a dairy by-product raw material using a new natural technology, resulting in annual savings of $2-5 million. In addition, Declan developed sales force competencies by identifying strategic advantages to delivery systems and end user targets. As a result of their work, Kerry Group gained new business in North America and Europe.
