Tracy DiMauro has extensive experience in the fields of training and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Design and Delivery Lead at Foremost Insurance since January 2007. In this role, Tracy is responsible for onboarding, professional development, and training related to products and systems for the IA Distribution sales staff, as well as for independent agents. Prior to joining Foremost Insurance, Tracy held the position of Senior Training Consultant at Farmers Insurance from 2000 to 2007 and worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from February 1993 to 2000 as both a Training Consultant and Customer Service Representative. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Speech Communications from Towson University between 1988 and 1993.
