Henna Hankilanoja has worked at several companies since 2004. Henna started their career at Caratia Finland Oy as a salesperson, focusing on luxury goods and jewelry sales. Henna also assisted with marketing activities during their time there. In 2008, they moved on to Trainers' House, where they held multiple roles, including marketeer, project manager/team leader, customer manager, and change management consultant. Henna'sresponsibilities at Trainers' House involved leading projects, delivering customer results, and implementing change management strategies. In 2019, Henna joined Forenom as the Head of Business Development, where they are responsible for sales development and revenue growth in the Nordics. Henna also focuses on improving sales skills, account management concepts, and developing sales tools for new and existing accounts. Henna believes in setting clear targets and providing constant coaching and feedback to help individuals grow.

Henna Hankilanoja attended HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and service commercialization. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they studied at MJK-instituutti and completed a Professional Degree in Sales, specializing in basics in sales, customer service, business administration, and marketing.
