Jenni Määttä

Jenni Määttä is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in operational management and service development across multiple countries. Jenni has served as the Quality Director at Forenom since 2017, where they oversee Nordic regions' leading serviced apartment provider, and has taken on the role of Kasvuvalmentaja at Tulevaisuuden Kasvupolut Oy since 2025. Previously, Jenni worked as a Development Manager at Sol Palvelut from 2010 to 2012, and held academic roles as a Doctoral Student and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki. Jenni holds a Ph.D. in Household Science and continues to expand their expertise in product development and NLP training.
