Minttu Parviainen

Minttu Parviainen serves as the Country HR Manager at Forenom since December 2022, previously holding the position of HR & Resource Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at Hesburger from June 2020 to November 2022, and Field Manager at Burger-In Oy, overseeing 15 restaurants. Minttu's career at Hesburger also featured a long tenure as Restaurant Manager from March 2006 to August 2019, during which Minttu was recognized for managing the area's best restaurant in 2005. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Leadership and People Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Minttu holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef - Bonn.
