Monica Caswell

Monica Caswell is President of Forensic Accountants & Consultants, PA, a boutique firm founded in 2013 that specializes in the area of forensic accounting and litigation support services throughout the State of Florida.

Monica's specialty is commercial litigation, fraud investigations, family law litigation, shareholder disputes, lost profits, business valuations, business interruption claims, royalty disputes, contract disputes, eminent domain proceedings, damages calculations, and tracing and identification of assets. She has provided Expert Witness testimony over 50 times in 10 counties across the State of Florida, at Arbitration proceedings, and in the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Mrs. Caswell possesses the ability to communicate valuation and litigation issues in both English and Spanish. She has managed litigation cases involving Spanish records produced by South and Central American companies.

Monica received her undergraduate degree in Accounting with a concentration in International Business from The University of Tampa and her Master of Accountancy degree with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, and Certified in Financial Forensics. She previously taught Fraud Examination at Florida Atlantic University and has been a guest speaker for various courses at the University of Miami School of Law, The University of Tampa, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Florida Chapter.
