Mary Cook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mary most recently worked at Forensic Analytical Consulting Services Inc. as a FIRM Account Manager. Prior to that, they were an Associate Incident Manager at the same company. Before joining Forensic Analytical Consulting Services Inc., Mary worked as a Corporate Concierge at Balance Concierge from October 2017 to February 2021. Mary also has experience as a Project Manager at Grand Connection, where they managed various aspects of meetings and conferences. Mary also worked as a Security Assistant at DK Security, Inc. from February 2016 to October 2017. In addition to their corporate roles, Mary has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Designer of Intelligent Design, a custom window covering business. Mary also worked as a contracted event planning consultant at Zondervan Publishers and as a Sales Manager at Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

Mary Cook obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Facilities Management with a focus on Business & Hospitality from Central Michigan University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) from the IICRC in February 2021.
