Daniel Trivellato

Daniel Trivellato's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Daniel started their career as an intern at Cassa Edile Bolzano in 2001. Daniel then worked as an external consultant at Comitato Paritetico Edile Bolzano from 2002 to 2007. In 2006, they briefly served as a research assistant at the Faculty of Computer Science - Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. From 2008 to 2012, Daniel worked as a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology.

In 2012, they joined SecurityMatters as a Project Leader & Researcher, where they focused on network monitoring and providing cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure and manufacturing organizations. Daniel was later promoted to the role of Product Manager / Head of Product, responsible for the vision, strategy, and successful delivery of innovative products to the market.

Daniel then moved to Forescout Technologies Inc., where they held several senior positions. Daniel served as Director of Product Management from 2018 to 2020, leading the development and enhancement of the company's products. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as Sr. Director of OT Solutions & Product Management, focusing on operational technology solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Product & Engineering at Forescout Technologies Inc.

Daniel Trivellato has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Computer Science from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Daniel then went on to obtain their Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the same institution, completing it from 2005 to 2007. Daniel pursued further education and earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology from 2008 to 2012. More recently, in 2018, they attended the Berkeley Executive Product Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In addition, Daniel earned certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
