Duncan MacMurdy

Duncan MacMurdy has over 20 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Duncan is currently the Chief People Officer at Forescout Technologies Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of People at BitGo, Inc. where they advised the CEO and executive team on talent, org design, and culture. MacMurdy also served as the Chief People Officer at Zenefits, where they led all functions of the People team and implemented talent development and engagement programs. Earlier in their career, they held HR leadership positions at Wind River, Mercury Interactive, Veritas, Cygent, Genentech, KPMG, and Legato Systems. Throughout their career, MacMurdy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design.

Duncan MacMurdy holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009.
