VP Strategic Partnerships at Foresight Autonomous Holdings

Alain Charlois has extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in areas such as powertrain electrification, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and strategic partnerships.

Alain began their career at TRW Automotive, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Product Planning and Vice President of Business Development for the Asia-Pacific region. During their time at TRW, they played a key role in product portfolio rationalization, market analysis, and global expansion.

After TRW, Charlois joined HEF Groupe as the President of its NAFTA subsidiary. Alain successfully turned around the operation during an economic crisis by restructuring the organization, improving talent, and developing a footprint in Mexico.

Charlois then joined Fallbrook Technologies as the Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development. In this role, they leveraged their automotive executive background to market the company's patented transmission technology to automotive Tier 1 suppliers.

Alain later served as a Board Member for Phantom Intelligence, a company focused on advanced driver-assistance systems.

Charlois also held roles at Intvo and CVTCORP as a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where they contributed to global growth plans, engaged with teams on product integration and market exposure, and facilitated strategic transactions.

Most recently, Charlois joined Foresight Automotive as the VP of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, they help identify opportunities in ADAS and autonomous driving while building partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, chip suppliers, and technology companies.

Additionally, Charlois briefly worked as the US Business Representative for DVN Interior, where they represented the company's interests in the United States.

Throughout their career, Charlois has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, due diligence, and building valuable partnerships in the automotive industry.

Alain Charlois has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique (ENSEM). Additionally, they have completed Executive Leadership Training at Stanford University.
