Shawna Hamilton

Shawna Hamilton is an experienced program manager with a strong background in environmental studies and research. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Foresight Canada since September 2024, Shawna previously held multiple program management roles at Boundless Accelerator, overseeing various startup and growth initiatives focused on cleantech and the circular economy. Shawna's earlier experience includes serving as a Program Coordinator at the University of Waterloo, where collaboration with the Canadian Red Cross contributed to research on flood resilience for at-risk communities. Additionally, Shawna has worked as a Research Affiliate at Health Canada, supporting climate change adaptation programs, and has academic qualifications including a Master of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
