Randall Bambrough, DBA, BS, MBA, IFM

Randall Bambrough has over two decades of experience in financial leadership roles. Randall is currently working as a Growth CFO at Foresight CFO, where they help global CEOs and their teams overcome obstacles to growth and establish infrastructure. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting CFO at RIB Consultancy and as a Senior VP and CFO at Endo-C LLC.

From 2011 to 2015, Bambrough served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary at Purch, a leading commerce enablement platform. During their time there, they implemented NetSuite and successfully completed four annual audits with a Big 4 accounting firm. Randall also transformed the accounting and finance group into a high-performing unit.

Bambrough has also held various financial leadership positions in companies such as NextG Networks, InterVideo, Inc., Viewgraphics, Inc., and Decide.com. In these roles, they played a key role in financial planning, due diligence, and audit activities. Randall is skilled in transforming corporate infrastructure, implementing finance strategies, and optimizing business planning.

Additionally, Bambrough has academic experience as a part-time Lecturer in Finance at Santa Clara University. Randall is known for their expertise in finance, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance controls, and sophisticated modeling techniques.

Throughout their career, Bambrough has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive financial growth, improve operational efficiency, and lead successful transformations in complex and fast-paced environments.

Randall Bambrough's education history includes a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, obtained between 2005 and 2008. Randall also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Randall completed a Post Doctoral Bridge program in Accounting at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and earned another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, this time in Accounting, from Weber State University.

Furthermore, Randall Bambrough expanded their expertise by obtaining certification as a Growth CFO through the Impact Financial Management Certification program offered by Foresight CFO in January 2021.
