Tracy Freeman

Tracy Freeman is an experienced professional in training, development, and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Training and Development and Regional Human Resources Manager at Foresight Financial Group, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy held positions at RPS 205 from October 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities included recruiting and hiring district team members, as well as state compliance reporting. Between September 2012 and October 2016, Tracy worked at Kelly Moore Dentistry as a Talent Acquisition Manager and was involved in treatment planning and community outreach. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University, an Associate’s degree in Psychology and Biology from Rock Valley College, and a high school diploma from Niles West High School.
