Scott Gattshall

Scott Gattshall serves as Foresight Construction’s Operations Manager in the Gainesville office. He prides himself in fostering an environment geared toward the success of his team and his clients. Going above and beyond to take care of their needs and simplifying a sometimes complex building process delights clients and gives them peace of mind. It’s an approach Gattshall brought to Foresight when he began working with the company in 2018.

Throughout his 25-year career, he has worked in every aspect of the industry; running large projects in education, institutional, medical and the private sector as a Superintendent and Project Manager. Prior to joining Foresight, Gattshall was the Facilities Director for 8 years with a school district in the Gainesville area. As private section construction began heating up, he looked for a firm positioned to grow.

Gattshall is a veteran who proudly served in the United States Navy as a rescue swimmer aboard the USS American. After completing his military service, he attended the University of Florida and graduated with honors from the prestigious M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction.Currently, he’s the Co-Chair and a Board Member of the Builders Association of North Central Florida.
