Tavia Sparks

Tavia Sparks is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and capital growth. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Foresight Group since September 2022, Tavia previously held multiple roles at Santander UK from June 2014 to September 2022, including Director of Growth Capital and Relationship Director. Prior experience includes serving as a Relationship Director at Barclays (October 2009 - June 2014) and as a Senior Analyst at Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance (January 2005 - October 2009). Tavia began a career in finance as a Corporate Banking Graduate Trainee at Bank of Scotland from January 2003 to December 2004. Tavia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of York and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
