Dmitra Danilenko-Dixon, MA, LPC, NCC has a diverse work history starting as a Direct Care Provider at Trillium Family Services in 2011. Dmitra then moved into roles such as Commercial Salmon Fisher, ESL Teacher, Behavior Specialist, Clinical Counseling Intern, Mental Health Counselor, and Primary Therapist. Dmitra has also served as a therapist at various mental health centers and treatment facilities before becoming the Clinical Lead and Mental Health Therapist at Foresight Mental Health in 2022. Their experience spans working with individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction, mental health issues, and a specialized focus on LGBTQ mental health counseling.

Dmitra Danilenko-Dixon earned their high school diploma from Mayo High School in 2010. Dmitra then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Deaf Studies Minor at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they began studying Counseling Psychology at Regis University, where they completed their Master's degree in 2018. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at The University of Waikato.
