Emma Miles

Emma Miles is a seasoned professional in talent development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Foresight Mental Health, where collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership has led to the creation of innovative learning programs. With prior experience at GEICO, where roles included Regional Management Trainer and Management Development Program Coordinator, Emma's expertise encompasses the design and implementation of training across diverse cultures. Previous positions also include Admissions Counselor at Goucher College and Director of Training for the Tour Guide Program at the University of Mary Washington.
