La'Shandria Penn

La'Shandria Penn, LCSW has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. La'Shandria started as a Family Advocate/Intern Coordinator at Alliance For Children in 2016, later becoming a Volunteer Therapist until 2020. In 2019, they transitioned to Cook Children's Health Care System as a Social Worker until 2021. La'Shandria then took on a role as a Contract Therapist at LCS Counseling and Consulting Agency in March 2021. La'Shandria now serves as a Clinical Lead at Foresight Mental Health, starting in November 2021.

La'Shandria Penn earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a focus on Speech-Language Pathology, from The University of Texas at Austin in 2010. La'Shandria then went on to complete their Master's degree in Social Work at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2014 to 2016.
