Sarah Benefiel

Sarah Benefiel, LPC is an experienced therapist who has worked in various settings providing individual, family, and group therapy. Sarah has specialized in trauma and eating disorders, working with clients of various ages. Sarah has held leadership positions where Sarah supervised therapists, provided clinical oversight, and trained incoming staff. Sarah has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Sarah is currently serving as a Therapy Leader at Foresight Mental Health.
