Deborah Moorad

Deborah Moorad is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the health tech and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at CorriXR Therapeutics since September 2023, Deborah also holds positions as a Health Tech Advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Cortado Ventures. As the Founding CEO of both JAX XII HOLDINGS and Malibu Okie since February 2012 and January 2022 respectively, Deborah has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Additionally, Deborah has functioned as a Global Commercialization Consultant for The University of Texas at Austin's Global Programs since April 2016, and previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at Nature Technology Corporation until August 2023. Further past roles include Global Strategic Senior Manager at Dentsply Sirona and various positions at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
