Phyllis Leah Spenser is co-founder, Board Chair, and former CEO/CTO of Foresight Science & Technology. She has supported the commercialization of thousands of technologies across the breadth of science & technology, working for major corporations, SMEs, universities, government agencies, foundations, and research institutes around the globe. Technologies supported by Foresight have generated over US $3.3 billion in revenues. She also has been instrumental in developing and putting in place policies, laws, and regulations for high-tech economic development, commercialization, and technology transfer in the US and abroad. She is currently Senior Advisor to the President of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi in Thailand, through which she is consulting for the Thai Government on the development of Thailand 4.0, their next-generation economy, and a senior consultant to the UN World Intellectual Property Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.
