Robert Gunderson

Bob was the founding partner and is now Chairman Emeritus of Gunderson Dettmer, a leading international law firm representing emerging growth companies and venture capital and growth equity investors. Bob represented parties to many of the most significant emerging-growth and venture capital transactions (financings, IPOs, M&A and fund formations) over the last four decades.

Bob is the co-editor of Venture Capital and Public Offering Negotiation and a fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel and the American Bar Foundation. He has written and spoken extensively on various legal topics, and has served as a director of numerous public companies.
