Allie Emch has a diverse and extensive work experience. Allie currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Forest City Trading Group. Prior to this, they worked at SkyWater Search Partners as an Associate in Sales, where they played a crucial role in the company's success and was recognized as the #1 Executive Search firm in Minnesota. Allie also has experience in the sports industry, having worked at Minnesota United FC as a Senior Account Executive for several years. During their time at Minnesota United FC, they played a significant role in growing the season ticket base. Before that, Allie worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Business Development Representative, where they sourced support from schools for fundraising programs. Allie started their career at SAV Transportation Group as a Sales & Marketing Intern, where they were involved in website and social media marketing efforts.
