Carly Sienkiewicz

Carly Sienkiewicz has a diverse work experience history. Carly began their career at Meritor as a Central Material Planning Intern. Later, they joined Steelcase where they held several roles including Zone Leader in Materials Management and Factory Distribution Center, Materials Management Supervisor, Supply Chain Lead for Indirect Procurement, and currently holds the position of Supply Chain Lead for Direct Materials. Carly's responsibilities at Steelcase included relationship management with suppliers, contract management, cost reductions, supplier metrics and strategy management, as well as material and factory planning, plant scheduling, and inventory optimization. In addition to their work at Steelcase, Carly also had coaching roles at Forest Hills Public Schools as the Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach and Head JV Cheerleading Coach & Assistant Varsity Coach. Carly also gained experience as an Instructional Staff Member, Head Instructor, and Staff Director at Cheer! Michigan, a summer camp for high school-level cheerleading teams.

Carly Sienkiewicz completed their primary education at Berkley High School from 2004 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Central Michigan University, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management from 2007 to 2011.
