Katie Lee (Hamilton) is an experienced professional with a background in guest services, event management, and child development. Currently serving as the Guest Conference Manager at Forest Home since March 2021, Katie oversees the Host Program for Guest Conferences, including team management and event planning. Previous experience includes a leadership role at Virtue Marketing and various positions in the hospitality sector, such as Guest Experience Concierge and Front Desk Agent at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Katie's earlier career also involved teaching roles at Continuing Development Inc and YMCA of Orange County, where a focus was placed on child development and fostering family relationships. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California.
