James Caldwell

James Caldwell currently serves as the Forest Lake Area High School Principal at Forest Lake Area Schools, a position held since July 2009. Caldwell's educational leadership experience also includes roles as Linwood Elementary Principal and Assistant Principal at Forest Lake Area High School. Prior to these positions, Caldwell worked as Associate Principal at Anoka High School in the Anoka-Hennepin School District and served as Dean of Students as well as a 6-8th Grade Math Teacher at Forest Lake Area Schools. Earlier teaching roles include positions at Chisago Lakes Schools and Bemidji Area School. Caldwell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Bemidji State University, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a K-12 Administration Certificate from the University of Minnesota, along with participation in the Education Policy Fellowship Program.
