Erika Murphy

Erika Murphy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Interment & Client Services Administrator at Forest Lawn Cemetery & Crematory Group since December 2021. Concurrently, Erika has been a Cheerleading Coach for the West Seneca Central School District since August 2018, where the focus has been on preparing athletes for competitions, motivating them, and evaluating their skills to optimize team performance. Previous roles include Service Writer at Fuccillo Hyundai Grand Island and Promotions Specialist at TEAM Enterprises, where Erika facilitated special events and educated customers on various brands. Erika's career began as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative at Delta Sonic, where responsibilities included customer interaction and complaint resolution. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science from Hilbert College and a High School Diploma from West Seneca West High School.
