Russell Volmert is a Capital Projects Manager at Forest Park Forever. Prior to their current role, Russell served as the Director of Planning at Arcturis, focusing on urban design projects. With over two decades of experience in landscape architecture and urban planning, Russell has held various key positions at companies such as PGAV Planners, HNTB, Parsons, and HNTB. Russell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University.
