Karie Friling

Karie Friling, ICMA-CM, is currently the Executive Director for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. Prior to this role, Karie held the position of Village Manager for the Village of Homer Glen and served as the Assistant Village Manager/Director of Development Services for the Village of Orland Park. With vast experience in economic development and various management positions in local government, Karie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University and a Masters of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
